These terms provide a general framework for enquiries and gardening services supplied by RJ'S GARDENING. Any quotation or agreed scope of work may include additional project-specific terms.
Quotations
Website prices are indicative unless stated otherwise. Small garden services start from £100. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of the garden, the work required, access, time, materials, waste requirements and other relevant circumstances. A quotation is not binding until accepted in accordance with the terms provided with it.
Scope of work
Only work included in the agreed quotation or service description is included. Additional work may require a revised quotation or additional charge.
Access and customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property or garden at the agreed time and for disclosing relevant hazards, restrictions or access issues before work begins.
Weather and delays
Gardening work may be affected by weather, unsafe ground conditions, access problems or circumstances outside reasonable control. Where necessary, appointments may need to be rearranged.
Materials and garden décor
Where decorative items, plants or other materials are required, availability, specification and pricing should be agreed before purchase or installation. Natural materials and plants can vary in appearance.
Waste
Garden-waste removal is only included where specifically agreed. Additional disposal requirements may affect the quotation.
Changes and cancellation
Customers should give as much notice as possible if an appointment needs to be changed or cancelled. Any cancellation terms or charges applicable to a specific booking should be confirmed when the service is arranged.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted payment methods should be confirmed on the quotation, invoice or when the service is arranged.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers should notify RJ'S GARDENING promptly if they believe there is a problem with completed work so there is a reasonable opportunity to review it.

Photographs used for inspiration may be representative imagery rather than completed RJ'S GARDENING projects unless expressly stated otherwise.
